Our shopping cart software tech learned something from me today.
This is so funny it’s sick.
I called up Tech Support of our wonky shopping cart software and was put on queue for several minutes. When finally addressed, he was telling me there’s no way to solve my problem. I knew he was wrong so I showed him things related to my problem and he asked me to wait again. While waiting, I tweaked the software again and Viola! I found a way. When he came back and told me I can go to their knowledge base and look for answers, I told him I was able to do it and I actually showed him HOW I did it.
Bummer. I’m not even a programmer.
