Holiday- to work or not to work?
Tomorrow’s a special non working holiday for my country and I totally freakingly (is this even a word?!) forgot! I emailed my boss like a good employee on the things I did for the day and actually put a to-do task for myself tomorrow! Ugh.
Should I just tell him I forgot and that it’s a holiday so Imma relax and take a breather tomorrow?

My newer version of reading books
Every night before I go to sleep, I read. But that changed when I HAD to share a room with my daughter. She won’t tolerate a lamp. So when iPods were created, it was heaven sent.
I downloaded audiobooks and “read” till I can’t hear it anymore (because I’m already sleeping). Now, I am happy to do long walks and long drives because the audiobooks keep me company.

Rediscovering The Wizard of OZ
I’ve been inspired to “read” classic by a friend, lem (@suburbandude). I think it fits an online worker like me to just read through audio books so I won’t have to tire my eyes more after a day (or more) of staring on my laptop’s monitor.

Professional Regulation Commission Experience
After three years, I’m back at PRC again for my license renewal and change of name and status. It was a pain in the ass to process everything. I had to go up and down the 3rd floor of one building to another. It didn’t help that there are nursing graduates applying for their board exams and yes, the impending heat stroke.
